Hello all and thank you for reading my post.
Well here is my situation, I have a mint condition '85 LTD w/ 3.8L V-6 that sits on the fox platform. I would like to make this a fast Ford, the kicker is that it has to stay a 3.8.
Can anyone give advice on where to start? All post and advice will be considered and responded accordingly. Harold

hi, i have an 83 ltd 3.8l, its tough to do much with that year engine. have you considered a newer model 3.8l? i have one from a 94 mustang in mine. it is a much improved engine over ours. roller cam, factory short tube headers, higher compression, aftermarket compcams available, distributor and cfi intake will bolt right to heads. approx 40hp difference bone stock. just a thought. everything bolts up pretty much the same, mounts, transmission, etc.
