I'm writing to ask for assistance on a new Mustang project I'm undertaking. In MM&FF issue dated April 1994 a grabber blue SVO was presented in an article entitled "Viva Las Vegas" with showcased the Mustangs that participated in the fall running of the Silver State Classic. On page 33, there is a picture of a blue 1984 Mustang SVO and it's owner Tom Murphy. Fast forward 13yrs later and I am now the owner of this car. I believe the car found it's way to Ohio sometime in late 1993 or 1994 and there it sat after some front end damage. While in the Ohio area though I know it participated in multiple SCCA, SAAC and SVO events (I found the dash plaque from the 1994 SVO Nationals held at Indianapolis Motor Speedway). This Mustang has recently changed hands and is now sitting in my garage. This SVO is in need of attention; although is it GREAT condition considering how long it sat.
I am wanting to see if anyone out there would happend to have any photos from the 1993 Silver State Classic or other SVO, SAAC events that would show different angles of the car and possibly any underhood pictures. My goal is to return the car back to its glory days of when it ran this event. However, very little history on this car has been obtained so far.

There are already plans to possibly take it back to Neveda to run the event. As it was, the car preformed remarkably; averaging 138mph during the 90-mile run. Any assistance that can be provided would be greatly apperciated. Thanks.
