i have a 1994 gt with the 5.0. i have just recently rebuilt my engine, doing a .030" overbore, and installed an E303 cam and msd pro-billet distributor. it also has a CAI, 75mm TB, GT40 intake manifold, bbk long tubes, o/r h pipe, and flowmaster 40s with dumps. now heres the problem: when you start it up cold, it runs decently, at idle anyway. when you get going it loads up until about 3000 rpm and then jolts forward. when the engine gets warmed up, it has problems idling, and it is basically completely starved of fuel and runs like complete *** now it still has stock injectors, and the computer hasnt been tuned. help?

Before you spend money on a tune (which you should do anyway), I'd verify base timing at 10-14 degrees btdc and fuel pressure is 35-42 psi with the vac. line disconnected and blocked.  If your motor runs good cold, but loads up, bucks, and won't idle when warmed up, you most likely way too rich.  Like I said, double check your fuel pressure....and all other lines and connections.
