hi i was woundering if you have to pull the fromt bumper and stuff to put and remove a cam in and also what valve spring should i run with a e303 cam and stock rockers

No, you don't need to pull the front bumper off to swap the camshaft. As for valve springs, it is always wise to upgrade vavle springs with a new camshaft. However, you can get away with the stock ones, if they are not wore out. The best way to do it is to get a new set of valve springs.
