I have a 1999 4.6 Cobra motor, running 16lbs boost
on my Vortech. The belt tensioners keep snapping in
two. Anyone know of a performance/racing tensioner available for a 1999. I tried a tensioner plate for a
2000-04 and it wont fit, 1999 is different.

You should contact reichard racing they have manual tensioners to handle high boost and they do custom work as well great company and has benn around awhile.
They have a website as well
