The problem is the word "ported".  When you start having those parts it's impossible to tell how good the tech who did it was and how far they went.  Becareful with the 1.7 rockers on a high lift cam (check for piston clearence when installed before starting it up if you haven't already).  Also, what is your final compression ratio?
Definitely get it tuned as you can loose a lot of horse power with a bad tune.  I like the cam choice and I think you should be above 350 at the wheels with a manual, maybe close to 400 depending on your compression ratio.

Big Thanks to my friends at KR Performance and Restoration out of Nebraska

compression ratio is 10 to 1. The engine was done by mitchell racing engines in huntsville,al. as for the the 1.7 roller rocker on the cam, well this is a comp cam kit and only comes with the 1.7 roller rockers. it is a 5 speed. it just seems it should run a lot better it seems to be running rich. i have been online lookig for about the same set ups and they were all about 350 to 400hp. funny thing is this my daily driver with a round trip of 75 miles a day and it gets 18 miles per gallon..
