i have a 93 2.3l mustang lx...im on a major budget with a part time job and im tryin to find performance parts, and ways to add more torque and horsepower to this lil beast of mine.ve looked up the specs on it, and was shocked to find that it only has 108 hp....kinda depressing...but its a completely oringinal, and everything is in good condition.any ideas???i cant afford  5.0, and i love my car to death...so any help would be greatly appreciated.  

Since I deal mostly with 5.0's I will just suggest to do axle upgrades.  Do taller gears for better acceleration or swap the 7.5" axle for an 8.8" with the gears.  This will create a stronger drivetrain for future horsepower upgrades.  Possibly fortify the bottom end and go with a turbo if you want to keep the 2.3l.

Personally I would concentrate on handling and appearence till you can afford a 5.0 swap.  Parts for 5.0's are so much more plentiful and relatively cheap per horsepower.
