i want to mount 2 8" tubes and an amp. what is the black box between the amps in the package shelf? can i bolt my amp to the bottom of it to keep it off the floor out of the way?

You dont want to mount an amp on top of an amp. Amps do get hot. If you want to keep it off the amp off the floor get some 1 inch screws and bolt it to the back seat. One 10in tube will sound better than those two eights.
