I drive a 1990 Lincoln Mark VII LSC, yes i know not a mustang but still a fox body with a 5.0. I recently found out that my stepdad is going to hand me down a pair of bare GT40 heads. I am trying to keep this car a daily driver, but make it a little bit faster to compete with all of my camaro friends. Im trying to figure out a good combo to put togeather for valves, springs, all of that. I have already decided i am going to get 1.7 rockers. Any suggestions to assemble the heads, and keep it driveable would be helpful.
$500 90 Lincoln Mark VII, Converted to Mass Air, A9P ECM,BBK underdrive pulleys, intake spacers, ceramic coated ford racing shorty headers, pacesetter off road h pipes, force mufflers, crome transpan (for the drain plug) just getting started....soon to come GT40 heads (need assembly)

Ah, i forgot to add what kind of cam you suggest to keep it driver friendly. I already plan on getting a 94 Explorer lower, and upper, and i have ford racing shortys, and pacesetter off road h pipes so the exhaust should be able to handle it.
