hey, i havent done much, just a k&n and 40s flowmasters. I want to upgrade my mid-pipe. What should i do? X pipe or H pipe?, offroad or cats? if i do get offroad how can i make it pass emissions? any help. thankx

Well for best sound and power an o/r x pipe is your best bet. However i have never heard of anyone overcoming the emissions problem without having cats. So if I were you i would go with an x pipe with two high flow cats, you still get great sound with decent power.

You won't be able to run a non-catted X-pipe and even get close to a testing station. Your best bet would be to buy a catted on. BBK makes a good one with high-flow cats. Magnaflow also has one that great.
