I was told to drill holes in throttle body.How is that done is it another way by doing without drilling let me know.

The correct way is done using a good quality volt meter. With the throttle closed you want to see .9 to 1 volt on your reference wire. At wide open throttle on that same wire it should be 5 volts. This can be done with the engine off and the ignition key in the on position. When you move the throttle with the meter hooked up you will see the voltage climb steadily and smoothly from 1 volt to 5 volts.The tps mounting holes are slotted plenty from the factory for adjustment.
