after 15 years of waiting, saving, searching i finally got my 93 cobra.
are there manuals to learn how to work on this car like some other cars...i have one for my monte carlo. or, what can i do to learn all i can about working on this car myself. i have caught the fever and addiction of turning wrenches.
lastly, i would like to hear what you would do for upgrades on an all stock 93 cobra with less than 50,xxx miles on it??? i dont want to hear "leave it as is it will be worth more" im not concerned about that as i plan to keep it.

Extrude hone the intake and heads, get full exhaust, and a blower. With a 3.55 or 3.73 it will be a good reliable 11 or 12 second car. These mods are pretty cheap (except the blower) and are easy to remove if you ever decide to sell it.

thanks for the reply. some follow up questions if you dont mind, i am a rook but addicted to learning everything i can. boy do i wish i would have paid more attention to my dad and his garage pals all those years.
what blower do you recomend? if you could, provide a link please. would i need to beef up anything else due to so much added horsepower here???
what do you mean by "with a 3.55 or 3.73", are those rear-end gears??? if so any recomendeds.
lastly, who would i look for to do the work on the intake and heads?? a specialty shop?

YES, GO WITH THE 3.73 OR 3.90. PRO CHARGER IS YOUR BEST BET FOR A SUPERCHARGER. ALSO DO A SCT3 OR LIVE WIRE TURNER.
