Need help trying to gain HP on my 99 GT w/ a Procharger

I have an automatic 99 GT conv. w/ an ATI procharger. My exhaust is from a 2003 Mach 1 and I run on normal tires. Mu times are between 12.9 and 13.3 in the 1/4. I'm trying to get to 12.5 without spending a fortune. Anyone have ideas on what would help me get there. Not sure how much I would pick up with an x pipe and catback? or If there are any other ideas?
