Without the normal "get a Modular engine at your local junk yard" crowd responses, because of shear lack of interest on my part to do modular anything....

Has anyone besides Galpin Auto Sports sucessfully completed a Carb'd old school engine swap into a S197 body but using the 5R55S?

Need serious responders who can think outside of status quo.

Looking for additional information, parts listings, and advice (forget the modular recommendations- save it for yourself please - not interested here)

Are you talking about putting a carburetor on a 3V 4.6, or dropping in a pushrod engine?
