54 years old and I bought a new toy. An extremely well cared for 1998 LX, 5.0, manual. It's lowered approx.1 1/2" Flowmaster exhaust, K&N filter and Koni shocks. Other than that it is stock. I plan to freshen the paint and may freshen the motor. This car has been stored most of the last 12 years.I would like to increase performance, HP and handling. I'm to old to learn by mistakes I will need you to help me through this process. Thanks in advance  

Hey there!! Nice car !@! I own an 89 LX too !! But I got it as a 4cyl and just finished gutting it and putting gt running gear plus a bored out 1990 5.0 with a carb set up ,I dont like efi!! I am going to upgrade with the steeda kit ,it is made for the mustang suspension and been track tested , there is nothing like too much horsepower and too little control , Good luck and keep us updated-NPG
