yes i also have a 2001 v6 but mine is an auto, sounds bad yes but an auto is better for less turbo lag, so you will have a lil more with your 5 spd, also i am puttin the same turbo in my car and it is actually better to run a single turbo with more pounds of boost because with the twin setup you are expecting 3 cylinders to fire up each turbo where with a single youre using all 6, upgrades im doing, im putting in 32 pound fuel injectors, new fuel pump, then besides the turbo youre deff gonna want a programmer im going with the sniper performance because it has the se of all the options you need like air/ fuel top speed reset, rev limiter and all that good stuff, if you have anymore ?'s message me

oh yes and without a good tune you are looking at only running like 7 pounds of boost safely, if you upgrade your internals and stuff you can actually run about 16 pounds, if you get a really good tune on your car you should be able to run 11 pounds safely
