Im having my 5.0 rebuilt its going to push 380 hp, i was going to have a rebuilt t-5 in it, then i was told that it wouldnt handle the torque. What can i put in it on a budget to handle the HP.

if you are wanting to keep the t-5 you could try the kit from astro performance, they have everything you need to make yours handle the increased hp and tq. Another option is to buy a tremec trans. i have one in my 1992 mustang. It will handle anything you throw at it.
