A while back (summer 2008) MM&FF put out out a performance mag where they threw a bunch of bolt-ons onto the S197's. On the stick shift car they got it to run in the 12.50's with just bolt-ons. I think they had a ringer for a driver, but none the less, a mid 12 sec car. The auto car ran hi 12 sec passes, but I think they were having some problems. The mag had good articles of what they were doing, and which bolt-ons they were using. I have an 06 GT stick shift with some bolt-ons and computer tunes, and a best time of 13.23 @ 104mph. cold air, X pipe, aftermarket exhaust, 4:10 gears, short throw shifter, lower control arms, and drag radials. Someone in the magazine department should be able to round up a back issue. Try Mike Galimi. hope this helps your ???'s Dennis M

Type in "12's or bust" in the search near the top of this page, and it should pop up. Dennis
