ECU or ?

Hi guys... I would Love to get some Xtra help or any Info to Help get my 95 Mustang up and running again..

I just hate seeing it sit in drive way collecting dirt and dust when it could be on the road. tearing up some rubber.

Anyways here's alittle info on what happen... I had installed a MSD igniton box, Street Fire Coil and I was driving Car aroyund my block... after prob 3 days of the Box being hooked up and month of the Coil being hooked up... and  Out litteraly No where the car lost all Power... i tried start it back... and all it does it Crank...  so i Bump started it...and theres  No power at all u cant hear the car running u cant give it gas  theres nothing there...

So i thought the Module in Dist went Bad... so i replaced the whole dist.. with MSD 8455 Made for 94-95 Stang... Still Nothing.. the Car had new plugs and new Msd Wires Put on when i bought the Car.. I got the Car from my Moms Insurance Money after she passed away in june 08,

Ive Been trying Figure out what went wrong... Running test on everything and nothing comes up...   The Motor turns over u can Hear its not firing ...  Im starting think that the ECU went out... But i Trufly dont know... I would like to figure it out... that way if it happens again i know how fix it... i like fixing things my self instead paying shop to do it... But if i cant figure it out. ill take it to shop. its no big deal Just i didnt get to go to UTI likei planned on so i work on cars aroudn my house keep my self lived up cuz plan on going back in march...

So if anyones Had this Problem Or has any idea what could be the cause of the problem please let me know

its 1995 Mustang Gt Canary yellow with Cobra r hood,shelby look alike louvers, Tinted windows, its sitting on Stock 98 mustang gt wheels(sold the 20's that orginally came on the car future plans are Foose speedster 18's n front and 20's in rear or 19's in rear) Also as far as Motor goes it as Mac CAI, BBK shorty Headers, Mac Side Exhuast) MSD dist, MSD igniton control box, Street fire Coil,5spd

my future plans are Steed 19 Cam shaft, Trick flow Twisted wedge Intake,DSS forged pistons,stroke the engine most likly still debating between Supercharger or twin turbo and Nos and debating on Gearing. if want 4:10 or 3:73 or somthing eles.... But  as Far as those go... thats after I get my Car running.. and purhcas a 94-95 For my Girlfriend... But that wont be For antoher couple months I work off paycheck to paycheck... so i figure in 2-4 months i could get her a Good resonable Car.... or a Peace Junk to fix up

ANyways any Help would eb Greatly Appericated...

also out curiousty could my problem Be anything to do with the EEC systems? I was Just reading  about it on the site... and thought It might be that.
