I have been a subscriber for a long time but I must say I am extremely dissapointed with the newest issue. Please say that the monthly columns by Mr. Bauer, Mr. Holdener, Mr. Lacina and Mr. Galimi are not permanently removed ? They were staples to the mag. I especially loved the columns by Holdener and Galimi every month. Sometimes I do not have the time or access to log on to read them, but I could take the mag with me. Also it seems like since Campy is not the editor anymore the mag is getting smaller and smaller every month. 160 pages ? That is 5.0 mag territory. If my favorite columns are gone and the mag continues to shrink I will seriously consider not renewing. You guys used to smoke 5.0 but not so much anymore.

I agree. I can't believe that others haven't replied on this issue. Alot of magazine columns/content seem to be shifting towards the website. And yes, the magazine is shrinking at an alarming rate. I don't have a problem with some things going to the website...as long as they are exclusive to subscribers only. I don't like the idea of others enjoying a free priveledge that I'm paying for. As far as the magazine goes, there are alot of wasted pages for such a small mag, in my opinion. Case in point: The January issue's Top Ten Mustangs article. I don't need to see the same cars that I read about months earlier. That stuff can go on the web.
Whatever happened to the Windviel Blue Shelby that they took on as a project car? Where are the articles updating its progress? If they're going to subtract columns from the pages, then they need to fill the vacancy with more tech. I don't mean to sound like a complainer, but the fact is we're paying the same amount of money for less quality content. I may have to reconsider my renewing options also.

Thanks gang for having my 07 GT in your magazine in the 20th anniversary racing event at Atco NJ with the NMRA. I had a great time and the after party was a blast! Thanks again and hopefully I can get some nice pics from that January photo Xmas photo shoot you did with my Red GT in the background. I got that issue too and saw my car peaking back there behind the sexy Santa suites. I hear my car is on a Calendar too..but no Calendar I guess to subscribers. I will search for it.

Harry, the calendar is in the January issues on the Newsstand. To the others, it was a painful choice to eliminate the columns, but with our smaller page count the fact remains that we needed the space for more stories from those very contributors who you liked so much as columnists.

Hopefully once the economy returns to non-recession status we can get more pages and bring some columns back.

Thanks for reading MM&FF.
