I've got a '90 LX convertible in need of rear frame rails and I haven't been able to find them. I checked some of the usual places like Cal. Mustangs, Mustangs Unlimited etc without any luck. If anyone knows if someone makes them yet let me know.

ok first of all, all mustangs are uni-body cars. the "frame rails" are integrated into the body. nobody makes replacements for them. in order to fix/replace the damaged ones you would have to find a juck car w/ a good rear section, cut out your old one and weld the good one in place, problem is, you would also have to brace the car by welding 1"x1" tubing inside the car as to not weld the car back together crooked. not only that, you would have to make sure that the mounting holes for the suspention were in the corect places. even a 1/4" diff. would cause alighnment problems. or you could get some adjustble controll arms to make up for it
