While I'm rebuilding my 2000 Mustang GT engine(due to a rod bearing failure at 81000miles ) I'm going to go ahead and put some performance parts in it. I've already got it tuned with a Diablosport predator,an AEM cold air kit, an Accufab 75mm throttle body and elbow, and an aluminum flywheel. When the car goes back together it's going to get set of Slp long tube headers, off road x-pipe, cat back exhaust and Comp Cams XE270AH camshafts. My question is this: should I use bigger injectors(with re-calibrated maf) on this car or would the stock injectors work fine? Thank you.

You need to have your car tuned. Your tuner should be able to tell you the duty cycle of your injectors and if you need larger ones, or you can guess at the hp your gonna be making and buy injectors to mach that hp.
I think this is the formula for a na car, not 100% sure but it might give you a clue as to what you will need Enginge Hp x .4 divided by 6.4 = Injector Flow Rate(lb/hr)

even if you do upgrade to a bigger injector and dont really need to go quite that big yet your programmer should make it still work so that you're not over feeding the beast
