Throttle Body for my Cobra! Please Help!

I have been looking at getting a throttle body for my 97 Cobra. Its pretty much stock, Bassani Catback, C&L Cold Air and a short throw shifter. Whats the right size, 62mm or 65mm? Is there really a horsepower gain difference? After should I reflash the computer?
