I am picking up an 88' 5.0 from a mustang next week.it has aluminum heads on it other than that its stock.it has 60,000 miles on it.i have to find out what type and specs on the heads.how much HP can a stock bottom take,and what simple mods can you do to make it stronger.i am looking to make 400HP.i plan on taking the FI off and going with a carb,intake,cam,headers,x-pipe ect. Do i need an msd box ?.What is the best combo of carb,intake and cam to use.or am i just waisting my time.is there a site on the web that i can put all the engine variables in to tell me HP,torque.ect.any help would be great
