i just bought my 1990 lx 5.0 and its all stock still but before i start buyin parts for it i wanted to know exactly how much horsepower i needed to just lift my wheels a few inches off the ground maybe a tops of 6 inches. Also what other parts will i need i know im prolly gunna need new shocks and struts but wat else to ensure its safe to do a wheelie. it rides pretty rough already.

before you get excited wheelies isnt all fun and games if you are intending to make your car into a drag car you will need to do a whole bunch of mods under the hood there are many routes to making enough horsepower to wheelie its just not that simple be smart with your car do some studying turning your pony into a crazy fast ride takes alot of hard work and money
