i recently bought a 07 gt and i wanna get more hp and a better 1/4 mile time starting with the little things can u guys give some suggestions on boosting my cars power  

First thing to do is get a handheld tuner and get rid of that drive-by-wire gremlin you have.  You can tune it with the tuner right now with it stock and then improve it after any kind of other mods you want.  Start by getting a good axle back exhaust, shifter, cold air kit and throttle body.  Get it all on and then work the tuner to maximize those parts.  It should be ready for those mods already so just answer the questions it'll ask you.   

I installed BBK cold air kit, 62mm t-body, and underdrive pullies with a SLP axel back exhaust and used SCT Livewire tuner on my 07 GT. It scored a 358.8rwhp & 422.6rwt on the dyno.  And runs like a bat out of well you know.  I don't know what the 1/4 will be yet but it feels much quicker than stock.  Good luck!!!
