I have an "03" F-150 supercrew, that I would like to get more power out of. Nobody can seem to tell me if any of the Mustang 4.6 parts will fit, like the MAF, heads, cams, throttle body etc. I am looking for anything other than the normal stuff like cold air intake and exhaust which I have already done. And this thing wont get out of it's own way. Any help would be great.
