Need some help on what computer my car has. 1989GT Mustang. The local Ford dealer was no help. I removed the kick panel found the black computer no number or sticker. I want to add a chip can't do without engineer number. Help.

The computer should be a raw aluminum color and located in the passenger-side kick panel about level with the dashboard. It'll have a big wiring harness attached to it with a small bolt.
