351C and FMX into a 88' Coupe

I just sold my 69 Mustang which had a 351 Cleveland in it and a FMX tranny.   I kept the engine a tranny and I bought a 88' Mustang Coupe w/ 4.10 gears a few other upgrades but I bought it with a 302 that came out off a 86' Cougar w/ an AOD tranny.....How hard would be to install the 351 Cleveland and the FMX tranny and if any, what modifications should I make.
