I have a 2000 convertible. How do you remove the head rests?

good question. does it doesn't have a release button(located next to the head rest) if not, the '87-'93 head rests would come out if you yanked on them really hard.

Does anyone kno how to remove the head rest off a 97 mustang. i had bought seat covers and the guys instructions arnt very helpful, he said if the head rest moves up and down its can be removed. so i figured out my head rest does move up and down. but still doesnt help me with removing them. i feel like i can pull on them and they will come out but i dont want to break them. does anyone kno how????
