Does anyone know what happened to this company?

I heard they had a run-in with Griggs over copying designs.  I hate to say I have a lot of CCM parts on my stang and need some tech information and parts.

I'd hate to scrap my parts and go to new stuff.

I actually like the coil-over suspension, but my Tubular K-member has broken under stress right at the engine mount.  Has anyone else had a similar problems.  I think it can be welded and made stronger but sooner or later I'll need new bushings and don't know if replacements will be available.
