Looking for best (recent) year mustang in the last 20 years.

2003 - 1982 = 21 years

21 > 20........

It's all a matter of opinion.  Personally, I like the '89 - '93 5.0 coupe(notchback) and the '94 - '95 5.0 coupes.  Some people prefer the 4.6L......all a matter of opinion.

I personaly like 87-93's the best because i like the fox bodies and the older 1's didn't have fuel injection. I own 3 foxbody cars. (91gt, and two 87cougars) I love them all, just remeber if you get a 87-88 year to upgrade to mass air they sell the kits all over the place.  

2003 cobra takes the cake

disagree never grew fond of 94-98 cars. thats just me though. also make a case for 85-86 notches!had 2 myself

I know what you mean, besides my fox body mustang/cougars I am restoring a 69 fastback and personaly prefer mach1 but their a little bit more pricey.  

I like the 94-98 with a Cobra look. I have a 2003 GT and love it (100 yr Ford badge on it) The 2004 has the 40 yr badge on it (I know these badges don't make a difference but maybe in 20 years they'll mean something???)  Anyway, best all time Stang and my favorite is a 1965 fastback!!!!  

Its a toss up between the 10th anniversary SVT Cobra and the 2003 saleen for me.
