Alright, I have a 2001 Mustang Gt... This is a simple Question with a simple answer..HAHA... I am wondering if the 2003-2004 mustang cobra supercharger would work on my 2V Gt...I have a friend that just replaced the stock supercharger with a Whipple, and said that he would sell me his old one for 150.00... So i was wanting to know if it would work and what else would i need to morph this unit into my car..

Big project. The head ports do not match from the GT to the ones for the Cobra supercharger. For this to work you'd have to get a set of 4 valve heads, intake, cams and all the other top end parts and essentially make it into a Cobra. You'd save on the blower but spend more to make it work.

So it would probably be cheaper to just purchase the Kenne Bell made for the 2 valve then....Damnit i was hoping that it would work...Oh well thanks for your reply...

You might also waht to check out a CNC shop and see if they could fab you something. You can get technical reagouts for the Eaton supercharger model that you have at http://www.capa.com.au.

I just thought to myself. I know Saleen makes the kit for 2V engine. I'm not sure if their supercharger is similar to the Eaton M112 or not. However some Ford dealerships like the one I used to work for are authorized Saleen dealerships. I'm almost certain that you can order a replacement intake for the S281. I'll call them monday and ask them about that.

Aight... I Will have to call the dealer in Nashville Tn. I believe that they are the closest Saleen Dealer to me. I Live in Clarksville Tn. And we are kinda Limited to what we get here even though we are A military town. We do have an SVT dealer. But that is it...I will keep you posted on the information that i find. Oh yeah thanks for the lead.. I would really like for this to work because all i would have to do is upgrade injectors, larger fuel pump, twin bore throttle body ( The original owner kept his to put on his Whipple ) And find the intake plenum.. I really hope that this is all that i have to ***

Don't rule out getting the one for the 2 valve. They can make some serious power as long as the bottom end can take it which if stock, can take about 9 psi.
