Suspension.
I have an 03 GT, and Im considering the purchase of either the suspension package from Maximum Motorsport, or the Steeda package. Which one is better, the 5 link from steeda or the other stuff everyone else sells?
I'm not getting a package that is made for the hard core track enthusiast, but I definantly want something that will dramatically improve the handeling of my car. The car will be driven daily.
Also, I was thinking about taking up an offer to swap my solid rear axle for an IRS (Cobra 01). Performance wise, will it be a dramatic difference between a modfied solid axle suspension vs an IRS? I like the solid axle because I would think it has better traction, but I love the ride of an IRS, and the cornering. Remember, I'm looking at performance, not necessarily a smooth Lexus like ride.
Any Advice would greatly be appreciated. Thank you!!

I would say going with the Steeda 5 link and a solid rear. With an IRS, you have more parts that can break and you can get adjustable shocks to give you any type of ride you want from a Caddy like ride to one like a floor jack. The solid will be cheaper too.

Thanks dude for the reply. Do you think this set up could out perform the IRS? Didn't think it would, but I dont know.

For handling, the IRS could outdo it if set up properly like bushings, brackets, bars, and so on that Steeda has for it. Plus, you might want stronger axles for it too as they break pretty easy. Everything equal, the IRS would be better for the street.
