Hi I was thinking about putting a 03, 04 cobra engine into my car. I would like to know if that would work. If so where can i get one.  

If it's a '98 model, it'll fit with no problems.  Just call any of the major engine companies and they should be able to help you or at least find one for you.  

So the 03, 04 won't work. Should i go with a 331 instead.   

Actually what I meant was the body style being a '98 model, not the engine.  Sorry about that.  The '03 Cobra engine will fit and not much mods need to be done other than the harnesses and the computer system.  Physically, it'll bolt right in.
