I am the owner of a 1995 Ford Thunderbird 4.6 liter engine and I am wanting to do an engine swap with a 1997 mustand cobra with a 5 speed. What all would i need in order to do this and is this even possible. Please call me with any suggestions at 828-582-1395.  

It is possible as long as you are prepared to make some custom headers and pipes because of the added size of going from a 2 cam to a 4 cam engine.  The 'bird has a different frame and wasn't ever made for a 4 cammer.  If you check out www.sccoa.com or www.tccoa.com, they might know if this has been done before and could help you.
