I am looking for a lowering kit for my 03 lightning. I have found that western chassis offers a 3F 5R witch is what I was looking for. My question is will it hurt my close course handling? And if so what would be a better company or drop to go with to lower the center of gravity without sacrificing handling. Also If I can go that low will I be able to fit 22" wheels in the fenders and not hurt handling (or just take them off for course events).
I also am looking for power adders that don't viod warrenty. A cold air intake is one I plan on getting but am not sure what offers the most perfomance. Volant and K&N offer some good numbers but is there others that offer more? And is there a functional ram air or shaker hood setup that is offerd? Another question I have is about programers. Again witch offers more diablo, hypertech, superchips,or even the new hyperpac by hypertech? Or again is there another alternative that offers more?
Last but not least I saw a kit offerd by cryogenic it's a system that spray's liquid co2 into a fuel bar, air intake, or intercooler spray. Will the intercooler spray damadge the intercooler? Will using a intercooler fan help or pull the co2 threw to fast? Once again is there an alternative more effective? Any help on these matters would be greatly helpfull. I am not out to spend alot of money but I do want a few good add ons that will not viod warrenty. Again Thanks for any help.
