My uncle has just completed resoring a 1969 Mustang Shaker. It ROCKS! I was wondering if anyone knew how to get an article about it in MMFF.

Resoring. Typo right? Well MM&FF is kind of a late model mag, 79 and up fox bodies and related fuel injected fords.
You might want to try Mustang Monthly magazine. They do A LOT of 69-70 articles. I've got a 71 and 73 and they are the ones that give me the tech articles that keep those damn cars running. Both of 'em are possessed!
Unless you are trying to put a 69 shaker on a modern mustang, they probably won't run it until it get's pretty cold in heck!
