I am looking at purchasing an 06 Mustang GT with 18,228 miles on it. On the side it has Chicane Sport Tuning. Can anyone tell me what modifications would have been done to the car that has this on it? I know it does not have the stock exhaust or air intake on it but that is all I could tell from a quick glance.

you might want to take a look at this link...
seems the owner of that shop was gunned down a few years back...

you might want to google NICB VIN CHECK... and enter the Vin number .. make sure its not a stolen car...
so it might be hard to tell just what mods were done to that car...
